* Commitment to Music & Motion Dance's creative vision and philosophy
* Fundraising/development expertise
* Connections to corporate communities; expertise in designing social initiatives that generate earned income, "social entrepreneurship"
* Connections to the diverse cultural communities of the Greater Philadelphia region
* Skill in marketing/public relations
* Expertise in nonprofit administration, HR policy/personnel, or financial management
* Commitment to making a hands-on contribution to the company


Mandy Hartzell
Ms. Hartzell is one of the founding dancers of Music & Motion. She left the company in order to pursue her education at Slippery Rock University in both dance and recreational management for resort and tourism. Although no longer dancing with the company, she has been an active consultant in its development. Currently, she is working in hospitality management with Nickelodeon StudiosŪ.

Dan Heath
Mr. Heath is with the IT Department at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He has volunteered his time with Music & Motion as a Technical Consultant. In addition to his duties at the Wharton School, Mr. Heath has been involved in both technical theater programs throughout the city as well as with community based programs for teens.

Frank Kielb
Mr. Kielb is CEO Frank Kielb Entertainment, a AAABC compnay and leading booking agency and production firm in the Greater Philadelphia region. Mr. Kielb lends his expertise and volunteers his time to Music & Motion with marketing, promotion and production.

Theresa M. Peeler
Ms. Peeler is a practicing Attorney at Law with her main office in New Hope, PA. Her firm has been active in the area of the perfoming arts with many not for profit organizations and charitable groups throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region.

Joe Platia
Mr. Platia is CEO of THC Cosmetics and has volunteered his time to Music & Motion with regards to makeup and costuming for productions over the past two years. In addition, Mr. Platia conducts workshops on image and self-esteem for teenagers through teen board programs at regional malls.
